Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
