Customer Care Specialist - Remote (Full-Time)

Jopari Solutions, a leader in Digital Transaction Processing, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our Client Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer support to new and existing payers and providers, ensuring seamless account setup, maintenance, and acceptance of medical bills, payments, and other insurance-related processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Escalate and monitor issues that require coordination and follow-up with internal departments and external business partners.
  • Create and monitor Code Red (escalated/critical) issues, determining communication strategies and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Reproduce issues on behalf of customers, assist in verifying fixes, and ensure accurate documentation in our Client Support ticketing system (Zendesk).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing status updates and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer care environment.
  • Experience with medical billing and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Proven technical experience, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong advocate of customer service principles and practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptive listening skills with ability to translate layman issues to technical staff and vice versa.
  • Thorough attention to detail and accuracy.
