As an Account Manager Relief, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager Relief to join our team. As the primary Coca-Cola contact for large and small store managers or owners, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, increasing business through sales and product ordering, and ensuring seamless execution of sales calls and promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and close sales calls, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Sell in incremental displays, equipment placements, and promotional programs, ensuring dealer compliance
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, company assets, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring accounts meet Company merchandising standards
  • Communicate account activities to relevant parties, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising materials, product displays, and signage
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions, and resolving issues

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of general work experience, with 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Food and beverage industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities
  • Proficient computer application skills, with ability to create and conduct sales presentations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
