Join Our Team as a Clinical System Administrator and Drive Excellence in System Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical System Administrator to join our team, providing top-notch support for our clinical systems and enterprise systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving system support activities.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a premium client, supporting the administration, validation, and delivery of GxP computerized clinical systems and enterprise systems. Your expertise will be utilized to troubleshoot issues, update configurations, assist with system deployments, and participate in generating and maintaining necessary supporting applications, documents, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive system support activities in conjunction with business, IT, equipment, validation, and QA partners to support systems, ticketing, perform system life cycle upgrades, and break fixes required as part of incidents.
  • Work independently to author/update system configuration/design specifications, system administration SOPs, and execute test scripts following cGxP.
  • Review and approve lifecycle documents, such as impact assessments, regulatory applicability, and criticality assessments, ERES assessments, and more.
  • Provide support to enterprise computer systems as a system administrator, serving as the first point of contact for business and resolving incident tickets.
  • Fulfill access requests for enterprise computer systems, assist with incidents requiring troubleshooting, and serve as a subject matter expert to investigate, troubleshoot, find resolution, and implement the resolution.
  • Generate periodic reviews for systems and assist in periodic reviews performed by other SMEs, while also evaluating product enhancements and capabilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or another relevant academic discipline.
  • Experience with document management, QMS, ServiceNow, and system administration activities.
  • Experience working in life sciences, pharma/biotech, or high-tech industries, with a preference for experience in one or more of eCommerce, data/machine learning platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of cGxP, Veeva, and Medidata.
