Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy, incorporating email marketing, social media, and networking to drive new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Promote and sell agency services, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and departments
• Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Draft client services agreements, manage client onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover to our client services and finance teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in a professional services or agency environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales
• Working knowledge of CRM programs, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
