At Workwarp, we manage a diverse portfolio of listings across Vienna and Austria, utilizing online platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as direct bookings. With over 5,000 guests welcomed every month, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Writer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review images sent by our cleaning teams to identify and document damages
- Prepare and submit claims directly on Airbnb and Booking.com platforms
- Track and report on damage claims on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient claims processing
Requirements:
- Experience with Airbnb and Booking.com is essential
- Proven track record in writing claims and negotiating with platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
