This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States or Mexico.

About the Role

As a Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business plans and objectives
• Leading recruiting and development activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with leadership teams, employees, and external partners
• Overseeing labor relations activities, including negotiations, arbitrations, and union relationships
• Designing and implementing HR development programs that support business growth and employee development
• Managing organization budgets and ensuring effective use of HR systems and technologies

Your Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Extensive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in senior roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute locally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing HR metrics and data

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $128,700 - $150,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
