As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving success in our fulfillment center, sort center, delivery station, or other warehouse environment. You will motivate, mentor, and manage your team to ensure that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. A Day in the Life

• Coach and develop a team of 50 to 200 Amazon associates to achieve their full potential
• Communicate policies, maintain compliance, and take corrective action when needed
• Create and support recognition programs to drive engagement and motivation
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
• Develop performance goals and targets to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a conferral date between May 2021 and August 2023
