Senior Manager, Learning and Development - Remote Opportunity ($27/Hour)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Learning and Development team in transforming our training products and strategies for Contact Centers, Airports, and Cargo. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of our 30,000+ frontline colleagues worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of instructional designers to create innovative training programs that support our business objectives
• Apply agile methodologies and emerging technologies to drive business forward in a fast-paced environment
• Efficiently and effectively deliver remote learning capabilities, and evolve from traditional classroom or electronic training to a blended environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technologies that align with enterprise needs and reduce colleague effort
• Identify, anticipate, and communicate innovative training and learning strategies as technologies continue to evolve

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Education, or relevant field or equivalent training/experience
• 3+ years of experience leading instructional design teams with a demonstrated ability to identify and apply new learning technologies and strategies
• Experience in leadership roles, developing colleagues and directing cross-functional teams
• Broad experience managing and implementing large, complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management, or operations role implementing training programs
• Proven track record of driving successful training programs that improve employee performance and positively impact the business' overall performance and effectiveness
