Job Title: Airline Technical Representative - Hybrid Opportunity at IAH Airport

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Airline Technical Representative to join our team at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, TX. As a key member of our aviation team, you will play a critical role in evaluating and implementing solutions to operational impacts, coordinating with clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of airport terminal and airfield improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement solutions to operational impacts and coordinate resolution with clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams
• Conduct design reviews of conceptual and detailed designs for airport terminal and airfield improvements
• Represent clients in progress meetings, coordinate design, address operational issues, and develop solutions
• Maintain effective communication with peers, supervisors, and clients as necessary
• Develop project phasing to address operational issues and review and develop program schedules and cost estimates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or Management, Aviation Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in terminal design and construction, airline operations, airport design, planning, and operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and experience with CAD and graphics software
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance, which requires a 10-year criminal background check
