Your primary focus will be on maintaining existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities alongside experienced full truckload brokers in your assigned location.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and customers
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Negotiate competitive pricing and rates with the sales team
- Input, update, and manage shipment information in Load Manager
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless shipment servicing
- Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
- Become a subject matter expert for TQL's OMASS department
Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required (we value determination and skills over formal education)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a forthright approach to conflict resolution
- Ability to work with the latest technologies
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Interest in the complexities of logistics (beyond FTL)
