Remote Client General Manager - American Express Global Business Travel

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Client General Manager to join our American Express Global Business Travel team, specializing in the Media and Entertainment Industry. As a key player in our organization, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients' strategic needs, driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, increase retention, and optimize performance
• Provide expert guidance to clients in the Media and Entertainment Industry, understanding their unique needs and delivering innovative solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business constituents, including Global Business Consulting, Client Services, and Service Delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and services to highlight the value of American Express Global Business Travel
• Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and regional pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Represent American Express Global Business Travel as a subject matter expert in the Media and Entertainment Industry

Requirements:

• Proven success in global account management, client management, or project management, with a focus on the Media and Entertainment Industry
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including travel operations, business travel service delivery, and client management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to develop creative solutions and drive innovation
• Advanced software skills, including MS Office, and a strong understanding of business travel service delivery technology and tools
• A passion for the Media and Entertainment Industry, with a love of travel, entertainment, and learning
