Remote Data Entry Analyst - American Airlines

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team at American Airlines. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements by researching and communicating requirements to the HR Compliance team. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Compliance team with duties including acquiring fingerprint/background check results, processing FBI fingerprints, and maintaining relationships with TSA, airport authorities, and other stakeholders
• Enter data into databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct advanced investigations, create custom reports and dashboards, and standardize data for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
• Review completed fingerprint applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Clearinghouse database
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Ability to interpret large data sets and create meaningful reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
