We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our award-winning customer service team, you will be the voice of Shopbop, a fully integrated Amazon subsidiary, and provide exceptional support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering world-class service to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize various software programs to resolve customer inquiries and capture accurate data
  • Collaborate with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues
  • Demonstrate fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish (preferred)
