What You'll Do

As a Remote Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and fulfilling orders. Your responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Preparing customer orders for shipment
• Loading boxes onto trucks for delivery
• Using scanners to track products
• Following on-screen prompts and instructions
• Troubleshooting issues and maintaining quality standards
• Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training and certification provided)
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and pushing carts up to 60 pounds
• Standing, walking, and reaching throughout your shift
• Utilizing carts and other gear to move items
• Navigating stairs (where applicable)
• Working at heights up to 40 feet (where applicable)
• Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment standards
