The Role

As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will have end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle, from conceptual design to deployment. You'll collaborate closely with senior technical leaders across the organization, leveraging your strong computer science foundation and practical experience with modern technologies. This includes web development, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI/ML, Big Data, and more.

What You'll Do

• Be a key contributor to the creation of a next-generation contact center platform, architecting and implementing scalable and resilient systems focused on exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage the full code lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, working collaboratively with senior technical leaders within AWS.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Amazon Connect Developer.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services, particularly as they relate to data science and contact center solutions.
• Strong understanding of computer science principles and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, well-tested solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A deep understanding of customer requirements and a passion for contributing to a service that positively impacts millions of users.
• Proactive in identifying and solving real-world customer challenges, taking ownership of delivering effective solutions.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
