The ideal candidate will reside in Ohio and will be trained on an initial program with opportunities for future transfers to different programs based on performance and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for blood donations and provide reminders.

- Assist customers with inquiries and order processing through inbound calls.

- Perform outbound calls to previous or current customers to offer additional products of interest.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

- Demonstrate technical aptitude and resolve any technical issues that may arise during calls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Must reside in Ohio.

- Experience in phone etiquette and customer service preferred.
