Internship -Earned, Owned Media and Virtual Selling Assistant EMEA - January 2025
About the position The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an intern for the position of Earned, Owned Media and Virtual Selling Assistant in the EMEA region, starting in January 2025. This internship will last for six months and involves supporting the Digital Marketing and Media team in various project management and analytical tasks to enhance marketing strategies and initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support the Owned & Earned Media Manager, Paid Media Manager, and CRM Manager in project management and deployment of marketing solutions.

- Coordinate with regional Brand teams and affiliates to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices in project execution.
,
- Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses using tools like Looker and Dash Hudson for corporate and brand-specific insights.
,
- Prepare competitive analysis reports on strategic topics such as social selling.
,
- Implement trackers to monitor the execution of key initiatives at regional and local levels.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BAC 4/5 degree in University or Business School.
,
- Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
,
- Knowledgeable in business, marketing, and digital marketing, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
,
- Passionate about digital marketing and up-to-date with social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
,
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in French is a plus.

- Strong analytical thinking skills with an interest in data-driven decision making.

- Creative and enthusiastic with an appreciation for diverse cultures.
