Senior Director, M&A Methodology & Operations

As the Senior Director of M&A Methodology & Operations, you will be a key driver in integrating acquisitions, specifically focusing on Clinical and Drug Adherence value. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate complex situations. You'll collaborate across divisions to ensure successful integration, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and operationalization of integration initiatives for the Clinical and Drug Adherence value class.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term roadmaps with clear pilot programs, evaluation, and scaled execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Connote Wellbeing and CVS Wellbeing teams to gather and synthesize critical information.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to optimize integration processes.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance to forecast outcomes and track key performance indicators.
  • Communicate project updates and adjustments proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in healthcare banking, consulting, or strategic operations.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and analytical abilities.
  • Proven operational project management skills to drive business execution and performance.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and strong analytical reasoning.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a range based on factors such as experience, education, and location. You will also be eligible for a CVS Wellbeing bonus, commission, and short-term incentive programs, as well as participation in the company's equity grant program.
