Your Role: As a Remote Client Services Representative, you will be a key player in connecting with and supporting clients. You'll focus on promoting clinical, dental, and vision products to a range of employers (2-100 employees), building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving profitable growth through consultative selling and responsive client management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance producers and plan sponsors.
  • Cultivate new business through consultative selling, problem-solving, and proactive engagement within your assigned territory.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client needs effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other office applications efficiently.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Adapt to lead in-person gatherings and travel within your assigned territory.
  • Obtain or maintain a licensed Insurance Producer License (or be able to obtain it within 90 days).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in Michigan.
  • Experience with group medical insurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to lead in-person gatherings and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Salesforce experience (preferred).
  • 1-5+ years of industry or sales experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful professional experience.
