Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote - India)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to manage our accounts payable processes and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Process corporate card reimbursements and ensure proper coding.
• Manage refund requests.
• Process invoices related to curriculum development and certifications.
• Manage the corporate AP card program.
• Collaborate with various departments to process vendor purchases made with credit cards.
• Prepare month-end close reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, B.Com, M.Com/MBA, or a related field.
• Proven experience with full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice sorting, verification, matching, and vouchering.
• Experience processing expense reports is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting policies and procedures.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Prior experience with Oracle is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
