About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing assigned accounts to increase penetration and drive business growth
• Developing and enhancing relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
• Seeking out and establishing outreach opportunities to promote our university and its programs
• Creating and collaborating on key items for events and outreach opportunities
• Maintaining the onboarding, launch, and activation of assigned accounts
• Analyzing metric and reporting data to inform partnership performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and motivate others
• Proven account management and Sales Force system knowledge
• Ability to manage and grow existing accounts, audit account health, and identify service gaps
• Strong digital research skills and ability to analyze market information
