We're seeking a highly skilled and licensed health insurance agent to join our team as a Retention Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide top-notch service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed decisions about their health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and retaining current clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, services, and regulations
  • Process incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay current with industry developments, continuing education, and carrier requirements

Requirements:

  • Active and current Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office setting
  • Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Strong internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation skills
