Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to drive business growth and build trust with clients
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and television
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop on-brand marketing materials
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution
• Ensure all marketing materials meet accessibility standards and are translated as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• B2C marketing experience
• Experience with marketing automation and project management tools
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
