Job Overview

• Role: Business Support for the Data Management & Analytics team

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to business inquiries about our data assets, including datasets, reports, and dashboards
• Provide guidance to business users on utilizing our data stack tools, such as PowerBI, SQL databases, and Databricks
• Identify, analyze, and document recurring business questions that are not well-covered by existing data assets and solutions

Requirements

• Proficiency in basic data analysis and wrangling tasks, with experience in various contexts and toolings
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerBI, and SQL databases
• Familiarity with programming languages R or Python (a plus, but not required)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write concise and clear documents
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum process (a plus)
