About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled Customer Success & Project Coordinator to join our team on a freelance, part-time basis. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from home, choose your own schedule, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Deliver comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing assistance to ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
  • Coordinate implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, address client concerns, and resolve roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather valuable feedback and insights from customers, relaying them to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and refinement of our customer success approach.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement throughout their subscription.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple and approachable way.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
  • Experience working with senior living communities is highly desirable.

Work Details & Compensation:

  • Flexible schedule: 20-30 hours per week, with the ability to choose your own hours and work from home.
  • Competitive compensation: $20-30 per hour, based on experience.
  • Employment Type: Freelance (1099 independent contractor).
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only).
