Inventory Controller - Full-Time Overnight Position

Job Overview

• Competitive salary: $18.00 starting base pay rate, with potential for shift, skill, and team lead pay differentials
• Remote work option not available, onsite position required
• Immediate start date available
• Full-time overnight position: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counts and update computer systems to ensure accurate quantity on hand
• Utilize inventory control reports to maintain inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Act as a liaison between departments to support order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries
• Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions, customer complaints, and shipment errors
• Pick and package products for orders and supplier returns, ensuring high-quality standards
• Analyze physical inventory records and confer with team members to resolve reported discrepancies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills, with experience in WM software (Manhattan and KiSoft) preferred
• Previous cycle count or exceptions experience highly preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
