About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Netflix, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and user engagement. You will work closely with our production teams to define and deliver features and functionality that align with our overall product vision. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and user engagement
• Collaborating with production teams to define and deliver features and functionality
• Analyzing game performance and driving KPIs and metrics for products and features
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, game systems design, or data analysis in the gaming industry
• Strong experience with quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Understanding of various business models, including free-to-play and subscription-based models
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent experience a plus
