Job Overview: As an Admin Support Clerk, you will provide general administrative support to our TeamHealth Akron Billing Center. Your primary responsibilities will include mailing daily claims, processing mail, and maintaining accurate records. This role is perfect for those looking to gain experience in healthcare operations and grow with our team.

Essential Duties:

• Mailing daily claims and secondary insurance claims
• Pulling EOB requests and mailing refunds
• Assisting with mail processing and maintaining accurate records
• Completing daily production logs and performing other tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

• Ability to commute to our Fairlawn, OH location for on-site training
• Entry-level position, no prior experience required
• Basic typing skills (35 WPM with 95% accuracy) and data entry skills (8,000 keystrokes WPH with 95% accuracy)
• Detail-oriented with good oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
