Part-Time Evening OR Assistant - Women's Center
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OR Assistant to join our Women's Center team at Tampa General Hospital. As an OR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgical teams by transporting patients, supplies, and equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport patients, specimens, blood, instruments, and equipment supplies to assigned locations
- Restock surgical suites and support areas with necessary supplies
- Disinfect operating rooms and equipment as needed
- Identify and report situations that require intervention to the Operations Supervisor
- Perform job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
