This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The Sales Manager will manage assigned territories and accounts, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and foster strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Success in this position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored wireless solutions. The role emphasizes cultivating long-term customer value while contributing to the expansion of business presence in key markets. Candidates with a proven track record in B2B solution sales and strong industry knowledge will thrive in this dynamic position. Accountabilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close business opportunities to achieve assigned sales quotas
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for wireless infrastructure solutions
  • Structure, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements as part of the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with project management, RF Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of purchased solutions and resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing lifetime customer value

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in complex B2B solution selling, preferably technology solutions, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Existing knowledge and professional relationships in hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate (CRE), or multi-dwelling unit (MDU) industries
  • Familiarity with venue- and carrier-funded DAS, ERRC, and Small Cell solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage accounts, contacts, leads, and sales opportunities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, engineering, and finance teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
