Weee! is looking for an innovative and technically skilled Applied AI and Data Sciences Engineer (Hybrid) to drive the development of advanced machine learning systems and intelligent data products. This position blends research and practical implementation, enabling smarter business decisions through scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You’ll be a key contributor to AI initiatives across customer behavior modeling, recommendation systems, logistics optimization, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for key business use cases. - Leverage large-scale datasets for exploratory analysis, data mining, and feature engineering. - Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to align AI solutions with strategic goals. - Translate business challenges into data science problems and implement measurable solutions. - Maintain and improve model performance through experimentation and A/B testing. - Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and data privacy. - Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: - Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). - Experience building and deploying models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP). - Expertise in NLP, computer vision, time-series modeling, or recommendation systems is a plus. - Solid understanding of MLOps and data engineering principles. - Ability to work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
