Business Development Representative (Former Athletes and Veterans) – Los Angeles

Shift Group is actively seeking driven and competitive individuals with athletic or military backgrounds to join our sales team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in Los Angeles. We specialize in helping former athletes and veterans transition into high-performance sales roles. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales process, identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for account executives. Your success will depend on your work ethic, ability to handle rejection, and hunger to learn and grow in the tech sales industry.
