Provide exceptional customer service to eBay customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Utilize active listening and effective communication skills to understand and address customer needs.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of eBay's products, policies, and procedures to accurately assist customers.

Identify and escalate complex or high-priority customer issues to higher levels of support.

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.

Keep up-to-date with changes in eBay's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, even in challenging situations.

Meet or exceed performance metrics in areas such as customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.

Adhere to data protection and security guidelines to ensure the safety of customer information.

Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.

Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
