Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities-
- Sell Insurance Products: Use Envelas tools and warm leads to quote, advise, and close new business effectively.
- Deliver Value to Clients: Provide tailored insurance solutions with professionalism and speed.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Handle quotes, binders, renewals, and customer follow-ups independently.
- Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all state regulations, underwriting guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Continue Learning: Participate in optional weekly training to enhance your skills and stay up to date with product and platform updates.
Requirements
Compensation-
- This is a commission-only 1099 contractor position.
- First-year agents typically earn between $55,000 and $75,000
- Top performers earn $90,000+ annually
- No cap on commissions; scale your income based on your efforts
Candidate Requirements-
- Must hold an active insurance license in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, or Ohio
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to work independently
- Tech-comfortable, with experience using CRMs and quoting platforms
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
