Insurance Advisors/Life & Health Open Enrollment - Remote

Sutherland is seeking Work-at-Home Licensed Health Insurance Sales Advisors for a short-term temporary position. Our Advisors provide sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical/Dental/Vision insurance to existing and prospective customers. This is a temporary position that focuses on Open Enrollment and will begin September 8, 2025 and will end January 31, 2026.
Job Description
In this position, you will:
- Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client's insurance products.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the client's insurance products (when applicable).
- Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses
- Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills on all inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/record outcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-up

Qualifications
Must have active L&H insurance license, valid in state of residence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite
