  • * Coordinate virtual meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • * Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • * Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
  • * Conduct research on various topics as needed to support team projects.
  • * Assist with any additional tasks or projects assigned by supervisors.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  • * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • * Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • * Basic knowledge of cloud-based tools such as Dropbox, Trello, or Slack is preferred.
  • * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • * No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level position ideal for freshers.
  • * Any previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus but not essential.
  • Working Hours
  • * This is a part-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
  • * Availability for at least 20-25 hours per week is expected.
  • * The role allows for flexible scheduling to accommodate your personal commitments, but you should be able to meet deadlines and attend occasional virtual meetings.
