Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)- - Salesforce Location: Seattle -WA Concentrix is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains, drive cross-team collaboration, and manage end-to-end release processes across dynamic Salesforce programs. Responsibilities:
- Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART ceremonies
- Oversee multi-team Salesforce delivery and platform alignment
- Step in as Scrum Master when needed
- Own and manage the full release lifecycle across environments
- Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD (Copado experience is a big plus)
- Track ART performance and provide visibility via dashboards
Required:
- 5+ years in Agile roles (RTE, Scrum Master, Program Manager)
- 3+ years of Salesforce project experience
- Strong SAFe, Scrum, and Jira expertise
- Salesforce and/or SAFe certifications preferred
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
- Enterprise Salesforce implementation experience
- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity (especially Copado)
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
