Clinical Data Analyst - REMOTE Role and Responsibilities Provide analytical support through communication with internal staff and external customers/partners to create a variety of reports using key business data and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.

  • Retrieve, consolidate, analyze and summarize prescription and PBM data.
  • Detailed analysis of healthcare and member data to look for discrepancies and provide information back to staff.
  • Work with customers, internal business, clinical and technical staff to create, interpret and validate data.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to design meaningful reports.
  • Compiling and organizing data to produce on-going and ad-hoc reports requested by the business.
  • QA data to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, Transact SQL.
  • Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.
  • Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of pharmacy claims and the PBM industry.
  • Strong command of Tableau, Excel and SQL.
  • Understanding of TSQL.
  • Experience with SQL 2008 or above.
  • SSIS, SSRS.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment with regularly changing priorities.
  • Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills; ability to complete simultaneous projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team.

Supervisory Responsibility No direct supervisory responsibility. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-time/Salaried/Exempt.
  • Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We cover clients from West to East Coast, work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands.
