Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input: Accurately input various types of information into company databases and systems
  • Document Processing: Convert physical documents into digital formats through scanning and typing
  • Database Management: Update, maintain, and organize client records and business information
  • Quality Control: Review and verify data accuracy before final submission
  • File Organization: Maintain organized digital filing systems and folder structures
  • Report Generation: Create basic reports and data summaries as requested
  • Data Verification: Cross-reference information across multiple sources to ensure accuracy
  • System Updates: Keep customer information, inventory records, and business data current
  • Communication: Report any data discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Typing Skills: Minimum 45 WPM with 98% accuracy rate
  • Technical Skills:

Compensation & Benefits Package
