Let’s elevate frontline work together.

About the Role

As the Staff Product Manager for Hire - our flagship ATS product - you will be the primary PM responsible for setting priorities, driving engineering clarity, and delivering cross-functional alignment across Sales, Success, Implementation, and Engineering. You will be the single owner across the full Hire roadmap, spanning core product maturity, enterprise accelerators, and GTM coordination. You’ll partner with a PM to also help execute our Agentic AI initiatives in Hire.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with high execution velocity. You must be able to triage complex customer input, turn ambiguity into scalable solutions, and maintain tight coordination across multiple workstreams.

What You'll Do

As Staff Product Manager for Hire, you’ll own a large, complex product surface area critical to both enterprise and mid-market customers. You’ll balance speed and scalability, driving strategic product maturity while unblocking time-sensitive needs that accelerate go-lives and retention.

  • Prioritize and deliver features at high velocity in close partnership with engineering and design. You’ll move fast without compromising quality, and iterate in tight feedback loops.
  • Translate complex customer and market signals into clear product decisions that scale across our customer base, beyond bespoke enterprise fixes.
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from shaping initiatives and scoping work to sprint execution, rollout, and iteration, while maintaining momentum and clarity along the way.
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for go-to-market teams, leading crisp documentation, supporting launch announcements, and driving trustworthy cross-functional updates with CS, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Proactively dig into the product yourself to develop deep expertise—identifying gaps, testing edge cases, and driving improvements hands-on.
  • Drive operational rigor through strong sprint planning, backlog management, and clear documentation that keeps the team aligned and focused.

What You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS—preferably with ATS, HR tech, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Proven ability to manage large surface area products end-to-end, balancing customer-informed priorities with strategic roadmap execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills—capable of producing clean, polished documentation, specs, and GTM updates.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership—trusted by CS, Implementation, and Sales to drive outcomes and clarity.
  • Hands-on product ownership—comfortable exploring and testing the product yourself to develop deep domain expertise.
  • Execution-first mindset—you drive momentum, structure, and alignment in ambiguous situations.
  • Time zone flexibility—6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time.
Location & Time Zone
  • Fully remote (International/Non-US)
  • Must be available for partial overlap with US working hours (~6hrs overlap with US Pacific Time)
  • Contract length: 12 months, renewable.
Why Join Us?
  • Build a segment-leading product in a high-impact, fast-growing industry
  • Lead with real ownership and autonomy
  • Collaborate with experienced and supportive product, design, and engineering leaders
  • Thrive in a remote-first culture focused on trust, transparency, and flexibility
  • Competitive compensation and international contractor benefits

If you're an experienced product leader who thrives on solving hard problems, shaping new product categories, and building impactful, data-powered tools, we’d love to meet you.

Even if you do not meet all the requirements above, we still encourage you to apply for this position. While we try to be thorough with our prerequisites, not everything about you as a candidate can be condensed into a list of bullet points. What do you have to lose?
