We’re looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join our team and become the go-to expert in HR systems, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you’ll manage our talent platforms, deliver actionable workforce insights, and support key Talent Enablement programs such as online learning, career planning, performance management, employee listening, and recognition.With a strong foundation in data and systems, you’ll help drive informed decision-making and contribute to delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•    Administer and maintain HR technology systems.•    Develop, manage, and optimize reporting dashboards and respond to ad hoc analytics requests.•    Define and standardize talent metrics and calculations for consistent reporting. •    Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance programs. •    Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms. •    Support Talent Enablement programs (e.g., Performance Management, Employee Listening, Talent Review, L&D) by leveraging systems and data to measure impact.•    Manage system setup, communications, project timelines, facilitation, reporting, and analytics for program delivery.•    Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives that enhance the employee experience.•    Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.•    Promote adoption of people analytics tools and insights across the organization.

Education & Experience

•    Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.•    3+ years of experience in HR systems administration and analytics.•    Background in people analytics, workforce reporting, or HR data management preferred.•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.•    Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other talent systems required; familiarity with UKG, Workday, Lattice, and/or Greenhouse is a plus.•    Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.•    Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., IBM Cognos) and data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.•    Ability to synthesize large datasets and integrate inputs from multiple sources.•    Certifications in HR, project management, or analytics are considered assets.

•    Self-starter with a passion for enhancing the employee experience through data-driven solutions.•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.•    Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.•    Proactive problem solver with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.•    Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.•    High level of discretion when working with sensitive employee data.•    Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.•    Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.

Success Outcomes

Within 1 month, you will

•    Gain access to all required systems and complete training •    Meet with Talent Enablement, People Operations, and People Solutions Business Partners•    Complete initial review of existing dashboards, reports, and data sources •    Review Cyclical Talent Enablement Programs and start to build project plans •    Start producing a data quality check to flag accuracy or consistency issues 

Within 3 months, you will

•    Meet with core business partners to understand any reporting needs•    Define and align on standard metrics•    Identify and prioritize dashboards required•    Begin building dashboards 

Within 6 months, you will

•    Complete the first cycle of Talent Enablement Programs (performance, talent review, engagement etc.) •    Deliver reporting for Talent enablement Programs •    Complete at least 1 Dashboard (could be People Operations or Enablement)
