About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of creative concepts and deliverables. This role requires strong communication, time management, and quality assurance skills to collaborate effectively with artists, clients, and the creative team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction, monitoring ongoing projects, and ensuring a seamless workflow between departments.

Responsibilities

Workflow Management and Performance Tracking

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, taking responsibility for managing client inquiries, promptly resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring consistent, clear, and efficient communication to support seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Lead and oversee the creative team, ensuring smooth collaboration, efficient workflows, and alignment with project objectives while providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Track and report key performance metrics for creative deliverables, ensuring data-driven insights inform future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance data.

Project Monitoring & Communication

  • Monitor the daily progress of creative concepts and provide regular updates to the Click-Up (CU) Board.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to remind artists about ongoing concepts in both the morning and afternoon to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Update the client’s Slack channel with progress reports and milestones (as needed and agreed upon with the Account Director).

Quality Assurance

  • Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to improve satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for completed concepts daily to ensure they meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to artists to refine deliverables.

Competitor & Industry Analysis

  • Regularly monitor and analyze brand competitors to stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks through tools like Adnova.ai.
  • Compile insights and provide actionable recommendations to enhance creative strategies.

Creative Inspiration

  • Curate and round up concept inspirations for Adnova.ai and Creative OS, supporting the creative team in generating innovative ideas.
  • Stay up to date with emerging creative trends and share relevant inspiration with the team.

Resource Allocation & Team Coordination

  • Assist in assigning artists to projects based on skill set, workload, and project needs, ensuring balanced distribution of tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role in the creative industry.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly for quality assurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Slack).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data effectively.
