Website Strategist is the backbone of a website project, guiding its vision from initial concept through launch by balancing both internal collaboration and external client engagement, ensuring every decision aligns with business goals, user needs, and brand identity. Working alongside Project Managers, they act as the bridge between design, development, and stakeholders. They oversee project direction, maintain consistency, and anticipate challenges before they arise. Beyond project execution, they play a key role in the new business process, helping to shape proposals, pitch strategies, and demonstrate how thoughtful UX can drive measurable results. Ideal Candidates will have:We are a fully flexible agency and are accepting applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the United States. Hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 9 am EST. This role will require travel to our office based in either Des Moines or Cedar Falls a few times per month.
