SAP VIM Functional Consultant - InterSec Inc.
Job Summary
Experienced SAP VIM Consultant with a primary focus on VIM customizations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in OpenText VIM for SAP and a strong background in SAP Procure-to-Pay processes. This role mainly involves developing custom objects in VIM and requires solid technical knowledge of VIM, as well as a functional understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate functional specification documents for custom-developed objects.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide expertise and support throughout the WRICEF lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to non-standard functionalities ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to invoice processing and accounts payable automation in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional, technical, and business
- Participate in system testing, validation, end-user documentation, and training activities.
- Ensure invoice processing practices comply with corporate policies and relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP VIM
- Strong understanding of SAP P2P processes.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
