We are hiring Data Analyst to analyze and interpret customer behavior data, ensuring its accuracy and quality to support the training of data science models. You will work closely with the team to provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making through data-driven analysis.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analysis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
