Role Summary:

We're seeking a Technical Writer for our tech client. You'll craft product experiences through meaningful text, shape brand narratives, and work across teams. We need a collaborative, curious thinker who brings fresh ideas and solves problems creatively.

Role:

• Own and deliver English UX copy across the driver app, managing day-to-day writing tasks independently.
• Partner with the rest of the team on delivering engaging content and communications for the users - UX Designers & product managers, UX Researchers, Project Managers, Content Strategists, engineers, etc.
• Collaborate and integrate with clients’ marketing, branding, creative and other teams.
• Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of users through clear and concise copy content across multiple touch points, including page copy, labels, navigation, headings, notifications, etc.
• Writing engaging UX copy in English and local languages that effectively communicate with local audiences, with a good understanding of local market nuances.
• Crafting content solutions to address complex legal, compliance, and engineering challenges; documenting writing and style guidelines, word lists, and strategic principles.
• Initiate & execute UX writing projects and identify better approaches to drive efficiency, providing insights and feedback to the team.
• Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.

You:

• At least 5+ years of UX writing experience in an agency, delivery/logistics services firm, and hyper-growth technology companies
• Experience leading large, complex content strategies for user experiences, from notifications to structuring content in the UI.
• Your commitment will be to delivering work of the highest quality while working with team members to constantly develop new ideas and ensure consistency by building frameworks and guidelines.
• A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented oriented and good design ambassador.
• Comfortable working with design tools such as Figma.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Contract Type: 6 months - Maternity Cover
