Job Summary

This role is part of an AI-powered personalization initiative aimed at transforming how readers engage with news. The position focuses on leveraging machine learning and generative AI to deliver dynamic, personalized experiences—summarizing story updates, enabling users to follow topics of interest, and providing tailored notifications across platforms. The ideal candidate will work within a modern cloud-based architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance accessibility, engagement, and impact for millions of readers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test plans from the start of the project, collaborating with engineers to validate functionality as it is built.

• Execute continuous QA across all development phases (Summarization, Follow Story, Catch-Up).

• Perform comprehensive regression, integration, and load testing to ensure quality and reliability before Go-Live.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Experience in defining and executing test cases.

• Hands-on expertise in Mobile and Web application testing.

• Strong skills in backend API testing using tools such as Postman and JMeter.

• Detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring product quality and reliability.
