Pre-sales Application Engineer
Job Description
- Develop application methods and solutions using Agilent LCMS systems to meet customer needs and expectations. • Provide pre-sales support and sample analysis for LCMS-related projects. • Focus on complex sample analysis in relevant scientific or industrial applications. • Understand customer challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Support the sales team with technical training and by addressing technical and application-related inquiries. • Deliver presentations at seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in LCMS applications. • Broad technical knowledge in analytical science or relevant industries. • Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills. • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams.
• Willingness to travel for business.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
