Pricing Specialist

As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing cost and pricing elements of the quotation process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests. You’ll collaborate across departments to design solutions, evaluate financial impacts, and contribute to strategic pricing decisions. This role can be based remotely in Poland.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage cost and pricing components of quotations under tight deadlines
• Lead pricing opportunities and contract renewals
• Develop innovative and user-friendly pricing models and tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Services
• Provide financial impact analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Quality check pricing models for accuracy and integrity
• Support bid teams in achieving target margins and pricing strategies
• Document pricing assumptions and prepare client-facing pricing language
• Evaluate pricing risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Review contract terms to ensure alignment with pricing models and profitability goals

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the 3PL industry (engineering, costing, or operations)
• Strong understanding of logistics and production cost structures
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• High business acumen and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible schedule to accommodate global time zones
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
